A community association representing the residents of Toronto Island

The Toronto Island Community Association is run by a volunteer Executive Committee elected from the Island residential community. We provide a forum for informed participation in local, municipal, and provincial issues affecting the Island and waterfront, and we aim to affect positive change.
TICA represents the community's interest in the following areas:

Transportation including ferries

Stewardship of the environmentally sensitive areas and park land

Friendship Group - building links with the Treaty holders the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation

Flood 2020 - in dealing with high water events

Emergency Services Liaison

Parks Events Liaison

TICA also liaise with the Toronto Island Residential Community Trust
